By engaging eCentra's services, you acknowledge and accept that payments are generally non-refundable once a project milestone has been initiated or delivered. Please review all terms before making payment.

We follow a milestone-based payment structure. Once a milestone is initiated or delivered, it is considered non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Components

Payments toward project discovery, design phase, development sprints, source code releases, dedicated resources, and third-party licenses are strictly non-refundable.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Project Discovery or Consultation
  • Design Phase
  • Development Sprints
  • Source Code Releases
  • Dedicated Resources
  • Third-party Integrations

Limited scenarios where partial refunds may be issued:

Project Non-Initiation

If project not commenced within 15 working days and no effort allocated, up to 50% refund may be issued after deducting costs

Duplicate Payment

If payment made twice for the same invoice, extra amount will be refunded after validation

Technical Infeasibility

If a promised feature is technically unfeasible pre-development and eCentra chooses not to proceed, proportional refund may be issued

Internal Review Required

Refund decisions will be made only after internal review and approval by the operations and finance team.

The following do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind or business direction after project commencement
  • Communication gaps or delays caused by the client
  • Failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals
  • Delay in project delivery due to client-side dependencies
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (design, aesthetics)
  • Partial completion or rejection without valid reason
  • Claims made after 30 days of milestone delivery

If you choose to terminate the project midway:

All completed work up to cancellation date must be paid in full

Intellectual property and source code rights will be withheld until outstanding dues are cleared

No refunds will be processed for already delivered or initiated milestones

IP Withholding Policy

All intellectual property and source code will be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.

In case of a payment dispute, eCentra encourages open communication.

  • Bank Transfers (via official invoice)
  • Razorpay Gateway
  • Approved Payment Gateways

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed via original payment method
  • Processing time: Within 30 working days
  • eCentra not liable for gateway delays
